Frequently Asked Questions

What is Asbestos

It is a naturally occurring earth mineral. Once hailed as the "miracle mineral" and used in many different building materials, Asbestos is now classified as a very hazardous substance. Exposure to this material cause health risks, most notably being: mesothelioma, asbestosis, lung, and stomach cancer. It is commonly found in building material produced from 1930-1977.

Experienced, Eco-friendly, and Safe Construction

Hazardous Construction Materials are sent to specific Landfills that accept that type of waste. Materials including wood, sheetrock, concrete, metal, and other recyclable products are disposed in county facilities where they can start their journey to be reused.

How to Test for Environmental Hazards

While there are certain hazardous wastes that can be identified by eye, some cannot. Materials like Asbestos and Lead must be analyzed by a licensed Environmental Consultant. Let us know if you need Environmental Consultant.
